Wilde Beauty Collective Skin & Ink – Booking Policies ***Please scroll to the very bottom of this page to see the entire policy*** To ensure the best experience and results for every guest, the following policies apply to all appointments. Card on File & Deposits A valid card on file is required for all appointments. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your permanent makeup appointment. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 36 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule ALL appointments. Less than 36 hours notice = 50% of scheduled service. Less than 24 hours or same day cancellation or no show = 100% of scheduled service. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations (as per above) or no show appointments. Service Changes All adjustments to your scheduled service—including downgrades, removal of add-ons, or switching treatment types—must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Requests after this window, including same-day modifications, will not be accommodated and the full cost of the originally scheduled service will apply. *Same day or advanced notice service upgrades/add on’s will be considered if scheduled appointment time allows. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, or scheduled appointment may be shortened if necessary, however full service fees still apply in either situation. Future Appointments Outstanding balances must be paid before booking future appointments. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may require full prepayment to book again. No Refund Policy Due to the time, products, and customization involved, all services, deposits, and fees are non-refundable. Right to Refuse Service Wilde Beauty Collective Skin & Ink reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to contraindications, safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to follow policies. Permanent Makeup Disclaimer Permanent makeup is a multi-session process. Results vary based on skin type, medical history, medications, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Touch-ups are recommended for best results and are not included unless specified. Health & Safety Clients must disclose medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, skin conditions, or previous procedures that could affect treatment. Failure to disclose may result in refusal of service and if so, cancellation fees will apply. Guest Policy To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, no additional guests are permitted unless approved in advance. Children are not permitted at anytime. By booking, you acknowledge you have read and agree to these policies and authorize charges to the card on file if policies are violated.
